Banks and Building Societies can only offer mortgages from their own suite of products. Mortgage Advice Partnership are experienced advisers, not “tied” to any one lender and can search a comprehensive panel of lenders when looking for a suitable mortgage.

Any initial consultation with one of our advisers is completely free.  We only charge you for mortgage advice when our job is done. Our fee is a success fee and is only payable when your mortgage has been agreed and your offer of loan issued to you, us and your solicitor.

We will charge a fee of between £395 and £695. The amount we will charge is dependent on the amount of research and administration that is required. This fee is payable on completion of the mortgage.
